In this series of ads, Discover claims their customer service is great because it's run by "real people." The message is “We treat you like you’d treat you“. Truth is Discover Card has one of the WORST customer service ratings in the business. Guess "treating you like you'd treat you" isn't such a good thing, especially when it's Mahk answering the phone.
